Fluxward AI training with a team

What you get

After half a day you're ready to go.

  • Every participant works on 2–3 concrete use cases from their own daily work
  • Basics for prompting, data handling, risk assessment — hands-on, not slides
  • Clarity on what AI can do, what it can't (yet), and where it saves time
  • You can start the next day without needing IT help

How the day goes

Preparation, practice, follow-up.

  1. Preparation

We look at your typical tasks up front — email, reporting, research — so the exercises target your context.

  2. On the day

½ day · 4 hours. Short input, then 70% hands-on practice on real use cases with your tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalents).

  3. After the training

Every participant gets a personal prompt catalogue plus 14 days of email Q&A support.

Who it's for

Perfect when you …

Teams of 5–15

You want everyone on the team to be able to work with AI tools — not just the one techie.

Admin, operations

Recurring copy, research, summaries: that's exactly where AI saves time the fastest.

Leadership

You need to understand AI yourself before you deploy it strategically.

Frequent questions

Before you request a slot.

Which tools do we use?

We follow your stack. Typically ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot — GDPR-compatible when set up correctly. We cover alternatives if you have them.

What does it cost?

We scope the exact setup in conversation. First we want to make sure the format, team size, and next step really fit.

On-site or remote?

Both work. On-site is experientially more effective — team in one room, shared energy. Remote works for distributed teams.

Do we need AI experience?

No. We deliberately start at a low level. If you have existing use cases, bring them.

Ready?

We guide you into the right next path.

Send team size and context — then we sort whether enablement, a workshop, or a direct build path should come next.
